Brickell Avenue and Mary Brickell Village are sibling communities with very different personalities. Brickell Avenue, the financial district of Miami, is a section of US1 that crosses Miami River connecting Key Biscayne and Coconut Grove with Downtown Miami. It is punctuated by high rise office buildings housing international banks, law firms, multinational corporations and brokerage firms.
