Our B2B Doral mentor is Armando P. Trabanco. He is a 23 year South Florida Banking professional with a proven record of success.  It is this track record that afforded him the opportunity to grow within a super regional banking organization, earning various key positions such as that of: Regional Lender, Branch Manager, Regional Executive and Senior Vice President responsible for a Retail Banking Territory consisting of 44 Branch offices with total deposits in excess of $3.1 billion dollars and loan outstanding in excess of $650 million dollars.  In these key leadership roles, Mr. Trabanco was effective in identifying the opportunities around him and making the necessary changes and adjustments to capitalize on them.   In addition to his organizational skills and industry knowledge, it is his sales leadership and persistence that enabled his teams to succeed at a faster pace then rest of his industry.  

In his current role, Mr. Trabanco is Senior Vice President – Branch Administrator with one of the fastest growing banks in South Florida, U.S. Century Bank.  This organization has consistently been highlighted as a high performance company, growing from 1 Branch in October of 2002 to 20 Branches as of September 2008 with assets of 1.8 billion dollars and ranking as 1 of the top 3 Strongest Financial Institutions in South Florida.  When asked about his current professional position, Mr. Trabanco says, “I am blessed to be part of a Team that shares the same vision of our community and the philosophy that clients are our life line so they need to be treated with respect.”    It is this commitment to customer service, that recently led  U.S. Century to adopt the slogan, “ More than just a Bank, Family.”  

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Trabanco is also involved in his community having been the Past Chairmen of the So Fla. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, works with the Miami Rescue Mission, was previous committee member with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and is now in a leadership role with MiamiBusiness.Com's B2B group in Doral.  Under Mr. Trabanco's leadership, B2B Doral will be meeting at the New York Life office in the corner of 87th Avenue and 36th street B2B Doral will be a vibrant group of seasoned professionals composed of a few select members in the Doral area.  While only one person per business category can join , it encourages one to build closer business relationships with the other  team members. We have a simple formula!
