 Ralph
F. Geronimo, a licensed business broker for
over 20 years, has founded DJ BIZ
International, a business brokerage firm. DJ
Biz will focus on the listing of and
bringing to market, financially strong and
stable business operations within the State
of Florida. Ralph advises, that business
brokerage is a science as well as an art.
The science part has to do with the
understanding of the financial aspects of
the business. The art has to do with the
emotional psychology of the transaction on
the part of the broker. It is relative to
helping the seller move on to the next part
of their life, which is often difficult for
them to do. The sellers, many times are
afraid to leave their life’s work, into
which they have poured blood, sweat and
tears. A good broker earns their money by
helping the seller close the door behind
them and aids in opening the door in front
of the seller. The seller can then move on
into the next part of their life, which many
times can be more grand and rewarding than

behalf, Ralph will collaborate with the
brokerage company his son is affiliated
